Baile das Sombras
Created by Jean Kássio Almeida Cheib
Spooky festive contest anthem with theatrical Halloween pop as the dominant styledriven by a buoyant four-on-the-floor pulse and a playful minor-key bassline. Crisp handclapsdry kicktambourine shakesmuted electric guitarcelesta-like keyspipe-organ chordsand bright string stabs create a cheerful haunted ballroom atmosphere. The arrangement opens with distant bell tones and a small whispered sense of space before the groove enters cleanly; verses stay nimble and story-ledwhile pre-choruses add rising toms and layered harmonies. A clear Brazilian Portuguese lead vocal is warmanimatedand highly intelligiblemoving from intimate imagery to an invitingcommunal chorus. The hook is supported by ghostly choir responsesoctave doublesand a brief orchestral lift rather than heavy horror sound design. The bridge thins to organbellsand voicethen returns to a larger final chorus with shimmering high strings and celebratory percussion. Polished but characterful mixwith wide reverb tails on bells and choir and a punchy centered rhythm section.

Lyrics
