Open and follow your ticket

Sign in, open Support, choose a subject and describe what happened. Include the song or payment identifier when available. The conversation history is accessible to you and the administrator.

Reply in the same conversation, close the ticket when resolved and reopen it if you need further help. Closed tickets must be reopened before receiving another message.

Notifications in your account

The notification bell shows ticket replies, closures and reopenings, as well as completed or failed songs. Select a notification to open the conversation or locate the song. Mark individual notifications or all notifications as read.

Notifications remain saved after you sign out. While the website is open and connected, the menu periodically checks for updates. These are in-app notifications; this channel does not rely on push notifications or reply emails.

Unable to sign in?

Use the public email below if you have lost account access or need help with personal data. Include your registered email and a description of the issue. Never send your password, sign-in code, full card number or card security code.

My song is waiting in the queue

Songs are generated one at a time. Check the queue position and stages in the studio. Requested duration and processing availability affect waiting time. If the queue appears stuck, include your request identifier in a ticket.

Payments, plans and credits

Checkout uses Mercado Pago and activation depends on payment confirmation. Displayed prices follow the language, but our Brazilian account charges in Brazilian reais (BRL); the total is shown before payment. Use a ticket or email for payment questions, cancellation, refunds or withdrawal requests.

Referral bonuses are granted on each referred customer’s first approved purchase, under the current rules. Bonus credits are used after available standard credits. Current limits and prices appear on the plans page.

Downloads and public content

Completed songs appear in your library for playback and FLAC download. The platform may display their title, tags and a public preview of up to 30 seconds among recent songs. Avoid confidential information in titles, tags or lyrics that can be heard in this preview.
