Account and access

An email or Google account is required to request songs. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell support about unauthorized access. Some features require email verification. Administrative access is restricted to the authorized operator.

Requests and availability

Choose the available parameters and submit a request to the queue. Processing is asynchronous, one song at a time, and depends on connectivity and generation equipment availability. Follow the stages in the studio and receive completion notifications in your account.

AI results may vary and may not match your exact intention. We do not guarantee exclusivity or the absence of similarities to other works. Contact support about generation failures or credit questions.

Plans, prices and payments

Free, Basic and Complete plans follow the limits, durations, prices and periods displayed at the time of purchase. Complete allows generation without a numerical song allowance during its active period, subject to the queue and disclosed technical limits.

Portuguese prices are displayed in BRL; English and Spanish prices in USD. Checkout through our Brazilian Mercado Pago account charges in BRL, with the final total in reais shown before confirmation. Activation requires payment approval. The current purchase grants the stated period without automatic renewal by the system.

Referrals and bonus credits

When a referred customer makes their first approved purchase, their referrer receives the generation bonus specified by the platform’s displayed rules. Renewals and further purchases by that same customer do not grant another bonus. Bonus credits are used after available standard credits. Do not use artificial accounts or transactions to obtain benefits.

Content, rights and previews

Submit only text and materials that you have the right to use. Do not violate copyright, likeness rights, privacy or other applicable rules. Before publishing or commercially using a song, review its output and relevant rights; these terms grant no rights over third-party works or people.

Generating a song authorizes processing of your materials to fulfil the request and display of its title, tags, duration and a preview of up to 30 seconds among the platform’s recent songs. Full downloads remain subject to account permissions. Avoid confidential information in content that may be displayed or heard publicly.

Cancellation and consumer rights

Request cancellation, refunds or exercise of withdrawal rights through account support or email. For distance contracts, Article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code provides a seven-day withdrawal right, subject to its legal criteria. Requests are assessed under applicable law without requiring a waiver of consumer rights.

Responsible use and support

Fraud attempts, unauthorized access, queue abuse or illegal content may lead to proportionate measures to protect the service and other people, with support available for clarification and challenges. Applicable law governs service use without removing legal guarantees or access to competent authorities.
